Example.

The role of leadership in society cannot be overstated. It is highly prized and sought-after because it confers power and authority in any setting. However, it is a variable parameter in a world that is always changing, and over time, it has become a constantly evolving, interactive subject. Because of these changes, it is important to study and make new administration ways to fit the rising interest in the undertaking (Alloubani& Akhuzakega, 2018). Today, leaders are trained, coached, and evaluated to create the ideal characters for the game's requirements, in contrast to the past. I now have a solid foundation of confidence that I can become a leader because this module has helped me appreciate several leadership parameters and their application. Due to their distinct leadership styles, it's possible that growing up under different personalities' leadership did not open my eyes. That made me think that both good leaders didn't make me feel bad leaders, especially those in charge. Through relevant videos, tutorials, lecture hours, and self-directed learning, I have gained a greater appreciation for the topic of leadership as a whole and improved as a person. I am a more self-assured individual with a variety of skills and the confidence to lead other people if asked to do so as I approach this final project.
