The art of transferring information from one source, known as the sender, to the intended audience, known as the receiver, through a medium is referred to as communication. Communication can be accomplished through sounds, signs, written words, symbols, and behaviors. Both the sender and the receiver benefit from communication in several ways. This short exposition will address two chief advantages of correspondence. The ability to ensure clarity and direction is one of the most important advantages of communication. Communication is essential when pointing the person receiving or seeking information in the right direction. Kaplan-Liss and others 2018, contend that once the message is sent, the recipient receives clear instructions on the next step. In addition, when the sender and the receiver engage in productive communication, the message and its direction provide the two parties involved with the communication process with clear expectations and goals (Kaplan-Liss et al.,2018). As a result, it is abundantly clear that effective communication provides precise guidance on various topics.
